The Party is finally here! It's currently 10am in Japan and the Party is opening up. The pre-party conference has already taken place but it was mostly a press day for newly announced titles like Dissidia and The Last Remnant. Now the day is finally here with both FF&KH Blog and FF13 Vids, our trusty Japanese friends are attending and reporting as things go on...and of course there's giant inflatable Chocobos because it just isn't a party without one.

Final Fantasy VII potion around the release of crisis core. One can hope that bottle isn't final(dildo) and it doesn't taste like nasty toothpaste or so I hear.

New FFXI expansion annouced? God-Soldier of Altana(goddess of creation). Waiting for more confirmation. People suspect it to be Chains of Promathia(Altana's lover in a way) version 2.0. Altana's crusaders maybe.

Parasite eve 3 on phones...I have officially died inside and am awaiting the funeral home.

Agito FFXIII battles are in full 3D, and apparently look like FFXII battles. Over 10 characters can also be seen on screen in the same scene, possibly an event scene.

The new trailers of FFXIII and FFvsXIII are extended Jump Festa ones. More shiva summoning and a character with a cape in Versus.
The fair-hair which wears the white hood (only the mouth and the rear form it is visible there)
It is a horrible babel fish translation. the word Oji appears twice or so and seems to be describing the Versus boy. Unless that is his name but I think it is just the shoddy translation and used to describe.

I found that Gemaga blog through FF&KH Blog and I've added the trailer summaries...if only there was anything new.

There are currently about 38,000 people at the Party with many of them taking the 120 minute wait to get into the Closed Mega Theatre. Each FFXIII game has a trailer in the theater but according to Gemaga, there isn't any new footage for any of the games since the Jump Festa trailers.

The FFXIII trailer contained the same footage of the blond guy appearing with his bike transforming into Shiva and the Versus trailer had the same footage of the fight between the protagonist and the soldiers with him teleporting to avoid rocket fire.

It's unclear from the translation but it sounds like some ingame footage of Agito was cut into the already existing trailer which was described as better graphics than the PS1. For a mobile game that would be extremely impressive so could this confirm the game going onto the next generation of 4G phones?

Guests are now controllable, and you can directly modify their gambits.
Individual license boards are small.
L1 can now be used to increase the game's speed.
Some new licenses were spotted - hopefully there are many new ones.
There are some new mob hunts and rare monsters.Stolen from NeoGaf, Aeana.
I want to steal Larsa.

I am super excited about wings of the Goddess. Since it is around the crystal war, relic weapons and armor may be more common. Ancient currency won't be so ancient but used freely.

Lots of other cool info, but not much on FNC. I read that Agito graphic is going to be like ff12. (at least in battle) So the game wont come out before cellphones have to power to display ps2 like images. That also makes it plausible for a PSP or DS version.
There was also an image of the battle scene, but surrounding with the party, the style like of FF10-2 and FF12,

It isn't exactly leaked footage because that's the screen which is around the outside of the Closed Mega Theater. The only new thing we see is him in the car and he doesn't even move so it's just like the screenshot of him.

I suppose I wasn't expecting much because the Party is for people who actually turn up, not for us. I was just hoping they would have release an old trailer before the Party started. I'll merge this with the Party thread.

Nice to see a full version of the video. Yeah it's nothing we've not seen before, more of a teaser for people waiting in the queue for when they get inside. They seemed to fade out all the new footage as soon as they got to it >_<

I suppose the new footage we have seen now is the Versus guy in the car just like the new screenshot, the Agito kid just like the screenshot and Lightning just like the new screenshot. I wish they just added a bit few more seconds of new footage to those plasma screens :P

Once the throng settled and the obligatory warning against video recording was issued, the lights dimmed, and the first trailer began to unspool. With the sonorous strains of harp music playing in the background, the title "Final Fantasy 20th Anniversary Exclusive Project" appeared on the screen. Then a trailer for the new PSP game Dissidia: Final Fantasy began, showing Final Fantasy I characters and FFIX's Zidane duking it out with foes such as FFVII's Sephiroth, Super Smash Bros. style. The game currently has no release date in Japan, let alone elsewhere.

After a brief plug for Square Enix's various mobile endeavors, the next trailer was for the new DS game It's a Wonderful World. I slightly edited your news post to make it clear it was new additions not completly new trailers, sorry >_<. I wish other sites made it clearer that it wasn't exactly the same trailers as before. Still they do just have a little added to the ending so they are almost exactly the same. I'm actually interested in what Agito looks like now because the graphics sound pretty impressive.

Oh also the Gamespot analysis seems pretty vague but I think they focused more on the whole trailer rather than the new parts at the ends because they hadn't seen the trailer at Jump festa. Just a guess...and yes it is over now. Lets at least hope some magazines come out with some information.

I am extremely dissapointed. I really wanted there to be some really good NEW information in order to make FNC issue 2. However, i think with the lack of information, new media and such that it would solely be a waste of my time and effort. I am very very very pissed with SE right now.
