I just saw my second episode of Bleach and it was cool! Ichigo lookes cool and the characters are cool to! Can somebody answer some questions for me plaese like how come Ichigo is a soul reaper and when Ichigo shoves his hand in the bear another Ichigo comes out while the real Ichigo is steal ther!? Can somebody plaese answer this quetions plaese!?

What did you expect? It takes 1 season for an anime to get in full swing. And thats what Bleach does. The first season is kinda boring but once the second season starts, it really picks up.

That is because Bleach like a good handful of action shonen turn into Dragon Ball Z. Having watched all of DBZ I don't need to watch it again with renamed characters. So the only things I found in it was that cat/hot black chick and Quincy Archer butt rapes demons (for a short while).

My point was, Naruto, DBZ, and Bleach are all similar. Which means that they have elements that are the same. Bleach is just like Naruto only its more gangster. And DBZ is too outdated to try to compare..... And stop with the spoilerz. D:

Bleach airs on AdultSwim on Saturday Night as well, but its a brand new episodes. The episode tomorrow night should be epy 38. The ones on the weekday are re-runs.

Ichigo + sword = boom boom.

Basically good intentions always overcome evil intentions. In that aspect, thing's are pretty much black and white with a few 50% grey areas between. The story line is very flat and predictable, but the action and the animation are pretty good. I haven't actually seen Aizen or Ichimaru die yet, but I'm pretty sure that Aizen's going to get a big bang up the butt with a few glitters of tragedy to smooth it out.

I guess you could say Ichigo already was a Vizard, Kubo just didn't introduce the term until later in the series. I don't think being a Vizard would define the ability to CONTROL both facets of a Shinigami and a Hollow within one's body. It just means that one IS half Shinigami, half Hollow.

Serioulsy, I just had to go back to youtube to check how poor the dubs were, but this time it sounded totally retarded...the name Rukia has to be pronounced with a hard and sharp 'R'. And Hanatarous voice is waaaaaaaaaaaa........aaaaay better in jap than english. drop the dub and watch the japs epis like two years ahead...

So: I despize this anime because I've wasted my time waiting for something interesting to happen. It's seems that nothing will though! Asides from some innovative character designs and okay fight scenes, the anime is terrible.

I think the main thing that tears it apart is the main character and his shallow crappiness.

My opinion aside, I'd like to hear what exactly makes you like this anime?

From what I understand of the general Bleach watching population, this anime is more of a "Let's sit down and watch it because we're bored" anime. It's a "As long as the action scenes are good, I don't really care about the story". Is that how you interpret your interest in it?

I just can't seem to find a reason to continue watching it. I was on this weeks episode, but I know that Grimmjow will inexorably be defeated by Ichigo - it's not a possibility, it's FATE for heaven's sake! Ichigo, because of his unnatural spiritual power and strong moral standpoint, will always rise to the top!

I like Bleach because its fun to watch/entertaining. And thats basically all I look for in an anime, as long as it doesnt get boring and keeps me occupied, I could care less. If I wanted a deep plot and character development, I'd be playing an RPG.

Yea, Bleach can be a bit shallow at times, but its not like this is the only anime that does it. Dragonball Z and Naruto do the same thing.

I see what you mean. I understand that Bleach is really meant to just be enjoyed for its action. Whenver I watch Bleach - or action-based anime, Jet Li movies, or poor kung-fu movies - I feel it's a waste of time. :)

Mmm...I like Renji's, Byakuya's, and Urahara's character designs though.

Why do you like the characters? To me, they seem to be flat. It's so easy to characterize them. Indeed, their actions are predictable and shallow; their reasons, comically simple and ignorant.

Ichigo is just a cool character. Of course he's barely developed, bit Bleach is showing no signs of stopping anytime soon, so we'll just have to wait to see how he develops.

I like Orihime's personality, reminds me of Tifa.

Ishida..... well, we'll just have to wait on him. Same for Rukia and Chad.

The Gotei 13 needs more development though, very badly.

Yeah, Are you sure??? some people are saying that Ulquiorra just said that to mess with Ichigos head.I didn't read the manga so I don't know what exactly happened I just read that somewhere

Anyway, everyone have their opinions and I personally think that Bleach is an awesome Anime, maybe characters aren't so developed and what not but I love them anyway.It could make me laugh and cry and still interested after 139 episodes.

It has elements in it that relate to the manga, such as Ichigo obtaining Bankai and becoming friends with all the Soul Society Shinigami. If you hadn't got to that point yet and then watched the movie, it would spoil what happens in the manga for you.

Considering that Orihime's role hasnt really developed completely yet, I'm expecting her role to develop more. I dont think Kubo Tite would give all these feelings of Inoue for Ichigo for no reason.

Plus Rukia is dead (at least thats whats been said)

I dunno... maybe there is something special about her considering she has this ability that Aizen is so interested in. But as for having those feelings for a reason, it's just love really isn't it, there doesn't need to be a reason for that. Unless she sacrifices herself for him at some point.

And I don't think Rukia is dead personally.
