Psycho (1998) Remake

Oh god. Im currently watching the 1998 remake of Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho and it.is.SHIT.

Alot of remakes are crap but this...is something else. :cunning: Anyone else ever seen it? XD The original was good for a classic horror but this is awful. The shower killing scene looked better in the 1960 version which had better gore effects. Acting and directing is also very very shit.

Whoever made this is a shit director who just wanted to use a classic movie to get himself heard. Also for a 1998 film, why does it look like it was filmed in the 70's? They must have had near to no budget.

I don't know about better gore effects.....considering Chocolate Syrup was used in the 1960 version....and no wounds were shown....

but I will agree that the new version wasn't that good lol....it was even funny sometimes...I was hoping maybe they could mix it up or something. They just used the exact same movie and messed it up very bad.

I've seen the original, and most of its sequels. Never saw the remake and I don't think I need to, to fully understand why it is that awful.

There are many other remakes of horror flicks, but they were not as crap.
