V for Vendetta

This film is on my most favourite films ever, its awesome. If you haven't seen it i advise you do. The story is fantastic and the action is even better. Star Hugo Weaving as well and that guy owns. Its from the same makers as the Matrix so the same style is used in some parts of the film.

I would try to explain the story but some parts still baffle me even tho ive had it on DVD for over a year.

V for Vendetta was brilliant. The fact that it has Hugo Weaving in it just makes you want to see it really bad (well for me anyways). He's always been one of my favorite actors. :P Like you said the story and action was awesome. In fact I might have to watch again soon. Haven't seen it in a while.

Equilibrium is alright, Christian Bale is the only good thing in it really and thats only cos he kicked ass as batman, i didn't really get why half why thru the movie the black guy basically beats him at that sword practicing thing and then at the end...he just slices him in half.


Hugo Weaving was probably the only reason i even liked The Matrix, by the third one bullet time had gotten old and boring seeing Keanu Reeves just look around alot got boring. Hugo Weavings character was exciting and menacing plus Natalie Portman is a shitload hotter then the chick who plays trinity which is another reason V for Vendetaa rocks.

V for Vendetta is definitely one of my favourite films of all time. Watched it twice again recently and it does take a few watches to understand most of it. A British film the way it's supposed to be made...by Americans. Seriously though Hugo Weaving should have just screamed out "THIS IS MY WORLD! MY WORLD!" for old times sake.

Also Equilibrium was more than alright. Christian Bale is what made the movie, and you can't say you predicted how the fight with Brandt was gonna end :rolleyes:. Still, I prefer the Matrix trilogy to it.

V for Vendentta is a great movie. It is one of my favorite movies, I like it more than The Matrix.

V for Vendetta is great. A lot of film snobs I know don't like it without even watching it because of the directors. This is silly. While The Matrix 2 and 3 are quite bad, V for Vendetta is really good! The narrative structure is very entertaining, I like all the little storys within the main story told in different ways (notes, diaries, etc). Great film.

Oh yes!!!! This movie whas awesome! One of my top ten favorites! Really great movie by those guys who made the Matrix. Awesome action and the characters wher cool! The story whas great! It whas something new in my opinion. A different kind of superhero movie. Really great.
