Name: Cole Black aka Panther-Snake
Allegiance: Alpha-Delta
Gender: Male
Age: 47
Physical description: With a 6'5" 250 lb stature, Black is a dominating authority. The environment seems to be sucked towards his silent yet focused presence. The piercing brown-gold eyes coupled with the stony plated face and short peppered hair especially augment his overwhelming existence.
Primary element: Earth
Personal weapons: As he is the unmoving commander of the Alpha-Delta Sables, Black keeps his shot-gun underneath his desk.
Personality: Although his intentions are productive, Black lacks communication and interaction skills. His authoritative, dictatorial nature often comes off blunt and impersonal, counteracting against his positive desires. Despite that, he recognizes the need and understands how to improve the current situation.
Background: Black is an ex-Sable, an orphan, and a controlling leader, qualities that all contribute from his individualistic personality. He has few relations outside of his profession - his commitment; however, he is known to have dropped out of college.

5'4" tall, 115 lbs. Silver bluish wavy hair. White skin. pale gray eyes. She wears a white flower hairpin. Wears a medieval futuristic battle clothes colored gradation of silver to blue.
Wears black leather high heels. She has an innocent, pretty face.

Personality: Infel is a motherly and caring girl who's fond to children and dotes them. But merciless as she goes into a serious fight. She's a clever person and a very exact person who always think of anything before makes decision. And she hates if a guy touches her arms or her hands.
Background:
Infel is a girl who used to live in an orphanage when she's still young. But later she moved into an asylum because of a deadly disease. When she survived and about to returned to the orphanage, she found that the orphanage is no longer exist and the children were scattered away. And she left alone.

With a help of a friend, she trained to be a good fighter. Her moves actually is based on material arts and break dancing. With her fighting styles, she known as the Deadly Dancer. Later on, she invited to be a Sables and until now, she still became one of them.

[Rophage]

Name: Alex Portaius

Allegiance: Alpha

Physical Description: 6'2" and quite slim. Shoulder length black hair and a laid back presence. Has grey eyes that incite his relaxed feeling and often wears a sharp suit with a black fedora hat. He also sports a black cane with a detailed metal cobra head at the top.
Primary Element: Lightning

Weapon of Choice: Sabre hidden within the cane and duel pistols in his belt.

Personality: Personal greed and lust for power has had this man sold to the highest bidder, though he shares many of Cole's ideals he could easily be bought out. He is Cole's face, though Cole was a brilliant man he was not always tactful so Portaius' wits came into his employ.

Background: Portaius was brought up to a reasonably wealthy family who died in one of many battles over land and showed remarkable qualities that caught the eye of a small assassin sect who took him in. As he grew up these skills were once again recognised and he joined Cole's organisation. He quickly ascended the ranks to become Cole's right hand in Alpha, his position only below Cole and Alcaeus themselves.

Name: Arash Alcaeus
Allegiance: Alpha
Gender: Male
Age: 34
Physical description: A youthful individual, Alcaeus often comes off to be less than half his age. His tanned complexion, long brown hair, and lean physique especially augment his playful nature. Despite that, because he is a worthy and powerful soldier - perhaps even the most calculatingly destructive in existence - he is placed as the head of Delta. One who knows how to kill beautifully, knows how to control expertly.
Primary element: a Water derivative: Ice
Personal weapons: A thin 3 foot long katana, named "Distant Star".
Personality: A playful figure often underestimated, Alcaeus is both tactical and carefree. With these opposing characteristics, he rarely has any continuing intentions - although the twinkle of gold always seems to entice a curious hand.
Background: Alcaeus is the record-holding Sable, known only in name because of this profession's underground position. In fact, he is reputed as the 'Sane Insane', a title reflecting his intuitively reckless personality. He came from another city and a wealthy family, deserting them for adventure and quick gratification.

Physical description: Asher is a tall, slender, and somewhat stooped individual. Despite his pleasant features - the grey-blonde hair, desaturated blue eyes, and pale complexion - his sullen posture retracts his appearance to that of an older individual. His clothing, always neat, plain, and practical, further accentuates these features.

Personal weapons:
Personality: Something is strange about Asher; a little grin here, a little chuckle there. His sullen personality hides his sharp intellect. And his perverted desires.
Background: Asher inherited his reign from his fore-fathers, eventually succeeding as a powerful and capable individual. Most of his relatives have succumbed to an unrevealed sickness.

Physical description: Seductive. Slender. Glamorous. A subtle smile always plays across her softly formed slightly opened mouth. She is the red-gold-black serpent, wearing only loose, draping, and shimmering crimsons, yellows, and blacks. Simplistic make-up - the red lips, indigo mascara, and light pink blushes - emphasize her beautifully alien-like complexion.
Primary element: A derivative of Fire: Smoke.
Personal weapons: A pocket of poison dust hides inside her sleeve; a concealed knife lingers in the case of her paper fan.
Personality: Akemi enjoys the exotic and the noxious, both modern and ancient excitements. Despite her ruthless and vicious character, she is naive and aloof. Her temper can stay a lion, but her ignorance can't even catch a mouse.
Background: Coming from a poor family, Akemi consistently desired something greater. After betraying her family, she eventually broke through to the throne-room, her poisonous breath never successfully discovered inside the lungs of previous mayors. The deep divide between the city caused by the resentment towards her power is ruthlessly held together by her dragon-like temper.

Name: Emeralda

Allegiance: Alpha

Gender: Female

Age: 37

Physical description: She has long, messy hair which goes down just below her shoulder blades. Both her hair and her eyes match her name, being a deep, emerald green. She wears a tight, one piece suit of green and white. Up on her neck, there is a small emerald sown onto her clothing. She also has four small grey dots on her right cheek, as part of her cyborg operation.

Primary element: Wind

Personal weapons: Since she is partially a cyborg, she has a few different kinds of guns as part of her arms. When in close range, she prefers to use martial arts.

Personality: Always serious and meaning business, she shows little emotion. Emeralda easily loses her way without guidance or being told what to do. She if often completely unaware of other people's thoughts or feelings and has a tendency to say something inappropriate, even though she does not mean to. Every once in awhile she does show caring, with her human side coming out, though it is usually brief. While she keeps to herself, Emeralda has a constant inner struggle with discovering who she is.

Background: Emeralda was born Karin Swanson, being born in a moderately wealthy home in Alpha. She had a fun life, often going to parties, getting a good education, as well as on her way to a good, steady job. However, she was in a debilitating vehicle crash with her parents while she was in her early twenties. Both of her parents were pronounced dead when help came, while she was clinging to life. She was put on life support and she was intended to stay that way since she had no living will or family to cut her off of what kept her alive. The acting government came in and decided to use her as an expendable experiment. Destroying her unusable limbs and tissue, they remade her into a cyborg, though keeping her looking the same way she always had. Her limbs became replacable bionic parts, while machines were placed inside her body to prevent disease and greatly increase her senses. With bionic parts, her strength is quite intimidating, as well as having various weapons hidden within her body. She now works for Arash Alcaeus and sometimes Cole Black, deemed a success, she's mainly used as an assassin. However, she is placed in other kinds of missions.

Physical description: 5'6" & 130 lbs.

Personal weapons: she loves her weapons, but when it comes down to it, she will most likely use either her bow or her katana to get out of a predicament
Personality: She is normally the shy type, but she will at times be really talkative to others. She loves to help others in need, and doesn't like to be in other peoples debt. She will most likely talk her way out of a fight other than fight one herself most of the time.
Background: She reigns from a noble family, but when she was young, her father banned her from the household because of her disease she carried. Later, when she had just reached her 17th birthday, the government found her and told her that they would use her in an experiment to try to make her better *in other words making her into a cyborg* That said she agreed and they proceeded with the operation, and it was a success, and now she goes on various missions that are assigned to her whenever possible

Physical description: 180 cm, silky smooth hair (L'Oreal Kids!) light complextion, and slightly muscular, though is much stronger than he looks. Wears a double layered black cape/trenchcoat most of the time. First layer offers no purpose besides extra warmth. During battle, the first layer is taken off, revealing the second layer, made of sewn spider webs, resulting a light full body cape stronger than steel and bulletproof, with the added bonus of also being waterproof. Susceptible to fire though. Under the cape is a dark blue shirt with a strap over it. Wears pants.

Abilities: SUPER BULLETS

Personality: He's fun loving, but you always get the impression he's hiding some great sadness. Sometimes he tends to zone out, and when that happens nothing short of yelling in his ear will bring him out of it. He's focused in battle though, since that's the only time he can forget about his worries.

Background: Of oriental origin, but his past is unknown. Came to AnSa of his own accord one month ago, and refused to relinquish any personal information besides his name, and many suspect even that to be false. Normally such a cryptic stranger would be denied, but it just so happened that AnSa was seriously in need of firepower, firepower that Lei could provide. He seems to sympathize with Cole Black, something the AnSa finds disturbing, as all cities are their enemies until complete and utter peace has been acheived.
