If Sony and Square-Enix released a Special Edition Final Fantasy XIII or/and a Final Fantasy Versus XIII PlayStation 3, would you get it even if you already own a regular PS3? Even if it's only in Japan?

I'm not gunna buy a PS3 until I'm sure that a special edition isn't coming out. :lol:

I kind of doubt they'll do one though ; ; But I waaaaaaaaaaaaaant one....

only if i could sell mine for a good price, but anyways i got a 60GB one, dont see many of them round anymore... all 40GBs..

Well Japan has 80GB :cookie: Although I would miss the backwards compatability....

I definitely would :P. They've release special edition consoles for almost all the recent Final Fantasy games. They'd be stupid not to do one for FFXIII.

I have an 80GB myself and it is backwards compatiable.
Anyways, though I'd like to buy one, probably not. D: Mom would kill me first off for selling the PS3 for a new one and I probably wouldn't be able to afford it.

Depends if its AMAZING looking or just a normal one with a sticker. I doubt it though, PS3's are expensive :aldo:

What does it matter as long as you're not losing too much money, it's just as if you still had the same PS3 really.

I would only buy it depending on how it turns out and if I could sell the current one I have for a decent price.

I know, I know. If it was up to me I would sell it and get a pretty special edition PS3.
But eh. Mom doesn't see that way and I'm too young to have an opinon. xD Maybe in a few years, if it comes out by the time I start college. >_<

I a;ready have a PS3, I'm not paying a crapload of extra money just for a pretty case! Plus I like the sleek black design. Also, I got a 60GB BC version and swapped the hard drive for a 250GB one, PlayTV will be very useful.

Hmm I would have the same concerns as everyone else; how it looked, if I couold sell my current PS3 for a good price, etc. But yeah I would definitley want to buy. And this would be the perfect excuse since by then I would definitely be needing/wanting a new one. My poor PS3 has been transported to my moms house and to my dads house too many times. It is taking a toll on the poor thing.

I would but only if it comes out in the U.S.!!! They did it for XII and also the ds remake of III and IV so I think they should sell it in other countries too rather than Japan...

Er...No. My PS3 rocks as it is, and I would not splash out just for a design. Besides, if I wanted to do that I would simply get one of those custom peelable sticky but not residue sticky facia things (forgot the exact name, can you tell?!) that cost about 6 quid.

Naw, iv realised now that there is no point, i would just buy the games, for the sake of a SE PS3 that will do the same job, its not really worth it.
SE game is one thing, a SE PS3... naw, i would conceder if i had no PS3, but now that i do...
When i got my PS2 i ended up getting the silver satin version, because of one of the best features it had, it does not make a sound, no fan, no nothing.
