i just started running my own forum on some other site. heres what i recommend u doing:

divide things into sections like: News, Spam, Games, Admistrators Only Section, etc. then assign mods to each section so it would be easier to run. and try getting people that are good at managing and good at html.

Yeah thats what Kitmitsu is planning. Still in the stages of production i think. We're just messing around until the Main Forum catagory gets deleted. xD (Or renamed to spam D: )

Well theres going to be a main site with a load of FFXIII content. Forum will have discussion of All FF but they wont be covered in the site content. Probably Kingdom Hearts as it seems popular with the FF fans. :p

Yea, that pretty much somes it up :P The main site layout is gonna be ready soon and ill have content on it when its up. Right now i'm gonna get some quick forum mods (gender etc) and a skin.

Yes, I was suprised too. I only did a check here somtimes to see how the page would look like. Nothing, and when i check 6-8 hours later its like 10-15 post here allready.

Hmm, Nice style but a bit dark this forum now. It’s my taste, its nothing wrong with it. Some would say its Perfect. How can I tell! Anyway, I was thinking something that fits with the only trailer we have. http://www.pixelrage.ro/downloads/Final-Fantasy-XIII-HD-trailer/1115.html

You can have this as default. I only ask for a light version alternative?

lol, yes we're working on everything all at once! We've got some plans for the layout we're gunna make some edits etc. Got to do something while Griever makes the layout :P
