Thanks to our old translator KingdomHearts77 i was able to have the scans translated that we showed to you earlier today. They are in form of summary descriptions and are as follows,

- A new ship, Cocoon is seen in the first scan. It’s said to be an extremely tough ship, and can go through anything.
- Toorina, as far as I know, means ‘passing name’, or in other words ‘code name’. This proves that Lightning is only a code name of the main character, and not her real name!
- The summon Shiva is comfirmed. got from Final-fantasy-13.com

not just the darker theme that attracts me..but the setting, and look of the world..its the closest thing to earth ive seen in any FF game...the architecture, buldings, stairs, city and all just feels like a modern day city in owr world..and then there is the fantasy aspect mixed in, so i just think its so cool how it almost feels like a FF game taking place in a world much like our own, instead of the fantasy setting of every other FF game

So, you know those new scans that someone took photos from in the Jump Festa magazine? I took a crack at trying to translate them. There's really not a whole lot of new info, but here it is all the same.

I wish the translation gave us a little more information >_< It just seems to mention the speculative information we have already. I really want to know if she is suppose to destroy the world or not.

From what I understand Lightning was chosen by the crystal and only "Cocoon" uses them. The real world is a threat to it and she has to protect the "Cocoon" /or it could be the other way around. i don't get it if she invading "Cocoon" or protecting it from the intruders.

Pretty much the same idea. Just classify Cocoon as a planet instead of a airship city and you get the same thing. clearing out the lower world so it can be "safe" for the people of Cocoon. But with that is coming from the trailers, Cocoon doesn't seem to be that friendly and is her enemy. Since she hijacked their trains in the lower world and beat up their troops on a public highway.

How can you tell the difference between Cocoon and Pulse? It is said there is an immigration but again it's hard to tell whom is hurted...
