Yeah this came out quite a while ago before Advent Children was released :P They don't show Aeris' face in the tech demo because we hadn't seen it yet in Advent Children. It does suck that this was just to tease us but if it wasn't for it they wouldn't have moved FFXIII onto the PS3. Thank you Square!

^ in 2005 way baaaaacckkkkk went hyped when heard enix might remake ffvii my dreams were shattered when i heard it was unlikely

Good thing they dont create a remake. No matter what SE do, you will always find something to complain about. Im happy the way it is.

I rather see a remake because I don't have a good image of most of the AVALANCHE members besides crappy chibi pictures. Also,Scarlet is a hottie, Before Crisis(she better be in Crisis Core) doesn't do her justice.

I HOPE AND PRAY they do, because as good as that game is, i'll be uber happy to have it on my PS3.... drools at the graphics, drools at the story... drools at Tifa.... mmmmmmmmmmm. lol

That is not a silly theory at all!! Actaully, I've been thinking this same theory myself for a while now! I heard that there is going to be one more addition to the Final Fantasy VII: Compilation after Crisis Core. I think it will be a Final Fantasy VII Remake. It won't be for some time though. I think Square-Enix is going to explore the PS3 to see its full potential before making the remake. If Square-Enix is going to make a remake, which I know they will eventually, they'll want to do it with the PS3's full potential. They'll want to make it the GREATEST looking game anyone's EVER seen!! Maybe when I join Square-Enix, I'll be helping make it!!! :wub: Oooooo! I hope so!! :dance: That would be awesome!!

I just think that Square-Enix has their hands WAY too full right now with the Final Fantasy XIII series Fabula Nova Crystalis. But maybe after or partway through, they'll secretly be working on a Final Fantasy VII Remake. Who knows, maybe they are secretly working on it right now. They'd be beyond busy though. I mean, Why would they go through designing and making all the details for that PS3 tech demo, which was released waaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy back, and then just throw it out? They already have a Midgar model, they already have Aerith and Cloud models made, they already have the opening scene for the Final Fantasy VII Remake, why would they just stop there?

hmmmm.....Gets you thinking. I know they'll make a remake. Sooner or later.

I heard the want to continue making the complication for another decade. Maybe when it's finished but I don't see a remake necessary before that.
As for the anniversary - who remembers what SE did last time?

It wasn't that hard to understand. Not much to understand either. Cloud has a inferiority complex and Tifa has a shitty memory. Game over.

Its hard to understand when your eight. Clouds such a peeping-tom. Him and Tifa's window. God that was the longest text-based cutscene ever.
