Welcome back Raiden. The reason remote avatars are disabled is because of a small security restriction with our hosting company. However with vBulletin 3.6 a work around has been developed. I'll be upgrading the forums to that soon. :)

In the mean time uploading an avatar from your PC still works so just download the image and upload it as your avatar.

EDIT: Scratch that. Did it for ya :P
